Shipping policy

At this time, due to COVID-19, we are not accepting refunds, returns, and exchanges. Thank you for your understanding and please check back here for an updated policy so that we can better serve you.  

At The Toronto Facialist, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, (we don't ship on weekends or major holidays). Orders placed by 1PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers -- once our carriers accept and scan your package the tracking information sent via email will be updated and give an ETA on when you can expect your package to arrive. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The Toronto Facialist currently ships to Canadian addresses only (not able to process to PO boxes). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info at thetorontofacialist dot com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Restrictions

The Toronto Facialist reserves the right to restrict delivery to some remote locations.

Once the mailed package status has been stated as "completed" or "delivered" by Canada Post or any courier company we use, The Toronto Facialist is not liable for any lost in transit, missing or stolen items. No refunds will be processed.

Taxes

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any items returned by mail.
